Autralian Immigration Consultant in Ireland and a question

Desperate times call for all options to be open.
I have quick questions :

i) Does anyone know good consultant based in Ireland(dublin or nearby) for Australian Immigration?

ii) My only brother is Australian Citizen? Does that help in points in any ways ?

iii) How long does it take for whole process ?
