Student Dependent into PSW Dependent

I have got my PSW just wondering how can i change my wife student dependent visa on PSW dependent while living in the UK. actually i applied for PSW myself only.

Anyone who can help me on this matter please.

Why did you not apply together?? Now you have to fees for her application £395 which you could have saved if you have applied together.
