US Citizen's baby born in London

Post by shani786 » Thu Apr 30, 2009 10:11 pm

Hi everybody, I am a US citizen living with my husband in London from last few months. My husband is Pakistani national and his status in UK is Highly Skilled Migrant.

I am 6 months pregnant and wondering if I give birth in London, will our baby be entitled for US citizenship or not? means can I apply for his/her US passport or he/she won't be entitled for US passport?

Your answers will be highly appriciated.

Thank you.
