Hello
i am looking for a job (any kind) in Hounslow area (TW3)
can someone help or give some advices how to hunt for one??

Have you been to your local Job Centre+ office? That would be a good starting point.

If you don't know what you want, look through papers or go to the job centre.

If you do know what you want, try the above, and reputable employment agencies.
