Hello Chess ,

I have used this format and got experience letters from my respective employers on the Company Letter Head.

1). One of my employee has addressed directly to the HSMP team instead of To WHom So Ever It May Concern. Here I worked for approx. 2.5 years.

2). Another of my employers where I worked for only six months has mentioned everything "Graduate Level Experience , minimum eduation degree , roles and responsibilities" but has refused to mention that I was working in deptt. / product XXX.

Is this fine (1) and (2).

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Date:

To,
The HSMP Team,
Doncaster , UK.

This is to certify that XXXX (Emp. Id: XXX) was a bonafide employee of XXXXXX, from DD/MM/YY to DD/MM/YY at the time of leaving his designation was Senior Software Engineer. This role is a graduate level job and requires a minimum of degree level qualification.

In brief the job responsibilities for the role of Software Engineer are:

Perform design, coding, testing and maintenance of the various software modules with quality outputs.
Coding: developing software using programming language.
Testing: making unit test plans and testing the software accordingly.
Bug Fixing: to fix any bugs/problems found while testing or after release of s/w.
To plan and organize work with greater level of independence.
To participate actively in technical discussions related to the product development.

Sj's reference letter is OK - as it mentions that the work is graduate level - you need to follow the same approach and also explain all the tasks in detail...

..search the HSMP forum as this topic has been covered extensively...
