Hello Chess ,
I have used this format and got experience letters from my respective employers on the Company Letter Head.
1). One of my employee has addressed directly to the HSMP team instead of To WHom So Ever It May Concern. Here I worked for approx. 2.5 years.
2). Another of my employers where I worked for only six months has mentioned everything "Graduate Level Experience , minimum eduation degree , roles and responsibilities" but has refused to mention that I was working in deptt. / product XXX.
Is this fine (1) and (2).

This is to certify that XXXX (Emp. Id: XXX) was a bonafide employee of XXXXXX, from DD/MM/YY to DD/MM/YY at the time of leaving his designation was Senior Software Engineer. This role is a graduate level job and requires a minimum of degree level qualification.
