changing course and institution..

After completing a masters course in university, i am interested in doing

another degree course in a another institution. Do i have to seek

permission for doing this?...

i still need to apply for another tier4 visa with the new institution hence

not sure if the H.O will allow me to start in the new institutions before

feedback of my visa .


Do we seek permission only when you are in the middle of a course and

want to start a new one or do i have to seek permission still when

starting a new course.

if you are going to start a new course with new tier4 education provider than yes offcourse you need to get the permission from the home office but if you continue to study with the same education provider you don't need.
