Anyone gone through Judicial review here?

Post by Angelica » Tue Feb 09, 2010 2:16 pm

Can guys help me here?

I have done pre-action protocol but UKBA has not responded even after 2 months.

The pre-action protocol cost me a lot of money but i cannot afford anymore.

Do we have anyone who can put me through?

Cheers

Cheers.

I knew it has to be filed in high court. I also knew some money has to be paid for the permission. Somebody told me Barrister has to be involved at a stage.
Similarly, treasury solicitors has to be informed etc

Appeal and Reviews depends on your ground,You cannot be appealing or requesting for review when the fact of rejection is obvious.

Why was your application rejected in the first place, and what ground are you relying on your review?

Please don't confuse judicial review with administrative review or an appeal.

Judicial review is undertaken when all appeal options have been exhausted.
