hi,i'm just wondering if it's possible to apply in my case
i'm not eea maried with eea who she got her PR recently,and i'm going to apply for mine too(three month later)
which i have to show them that my wife exerce treaty right for 5 years
the probleme is
which 5 years i have to show them:
from the date she came to uk till the date she got her PR(5years).
from the date i come to uk till the date i apply for PR(5years).

may be you got me wrong!!i did not meant apply in the end of 5 yrs of my wife exerce her treaty right,but what i meant is the and of [my 5 yrs]which document i have to submit to HO

5 yrs my wife exerce her treaty right must be ended in the day i apply

if is the second choice it means my wife had exerce treaty right more then 5 years!!

To qualify for PR you must be resident for five years and during this time the EEA national must have exercised treaty rights. That's what Ben told you.
