Tier 2 employer change

Hi ,I am on Tier2 (intra company Transfer) and planning to change to Tier 2 general through new employer sponsor.

My current earnings is higher than the new sponsor's offered salary.But i'm ready to change to the new sponsor since the current job is under threat.

Will it be an issue if the new sponsored salary is less than my current salary when my application is submitted in the Homeoffice?

I have another Q , with the new rule change am i allowed to change from Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 (G) to the new sponsor?
