Hello,
I had my PSW visa issued in July 2010 but unfortunately i lost my passport. I wanted to know that i had traffic offence in August 2010 of driving without a proper license and have paid GBP 60 penalty and got 3 points on my license. I wanted to know should i disclose this offence under my TOC application. I have read other forums but is uncertain about fixed penalty and 3 points.

to be on the safe side i would ve done that if i was you. theres nothing wrong in disclosing that but it could caused problems in the future if u dont disclose it.
