English lang testing

If we send in the application before the 29th November and get an appointment before this date but my fiance travels to the Uk after this date - how does taking the english language test fit into this. Does he need to take it before the visa appointment?

The date of application matters, not the date of travel. If the date of application is before 29-Nov, your spouse is not required to take the test.

For overseas applications, date of application is the date you pay the application fees.
