Hi,
Are there any notaries at the indian high commision london?
I need to get a notarised affidavit for my lost passport to apply for OCI.
can someone pl advise?

Yes they do notarize documents at HCI London. If I remember correctly, Counter 1 is dedicated for this.

1. How much does it cost?
2. Can you take the affidavit and submit the OCI form at the same time?

I have never done this personally, so cannot comment. However when I was at HCI last week, met someone who was in the process of getting documents notarized/attested.

Here is the fee page on the HCI website. Check out which section your work falls under

I would not be able to comment on a lost passport to OCI submission process.

Update: I went to HCI london and they are not doing notarised affidavits. They asked me to get it done with a notary.
