new rout to indefinite leave to remain in uk for Students.

Post by Shahbazattari » Fri Apr 15, 2011 9:29 am

Hi all

I think this would be the hottest issue for the students as new rules restricted the student stay in UK upto 8 years. Can anyone please find out new ways to get indefinite visa for students.

thanks

If you want a PR in this country, there are so many routes!!!

Now, the natural question arises is this: why you want to cheat the system and come on student visa??

i beleive that he is basically saying that he can apply for ILR having spent time under student immigration category only....ie the only way used to be long residence which is the 10 year rule....
