How to earn 5 points of spouse education?

Dear friends,

I am planning to apply for GSM 175. I assessed myself through point calculator and I am earning 120 points if i include 5 points of spouse education and 5 points of community language.

First question, I want to know that would I have to sent the educational documents of my spouse to any authority like ACS to assess whether her education level is worth for these 5 points or this decision will be taken by visa officer?

Second question, My native language is Urdu so i should get 5 points of community language. What documents I need to provide for these 5 points?
