IT Service delivery Manager

Dear All,

I have about 11 years of rich IT experience, and the last three years, I have been playing a role of Service delivery Manager. I do see lot of openings in the SEEK Website. However I do not see this role listed in the SOL

Can someone help me out with a few questions

1. Is this role listed somewhere, and was on the SOL at one time?

2. Since I see there is demand for this role, Can I list my profile on the employer sponsored list
