duration for ILR set F application after applied

HI... i have applied for ILR using SET f application form before 2 months ago.. but yet have not recieved any of the letter from the UKBA except the letter confirming that they got my application..
so i want to know that approximately how much time is required for the dicision..
and does it means that the more time taken to make dicision means that i m going to get ILR..,
