ILR - Color Form or B/W form

Post by helpneeded2011 » Sat May 21, 2011 12:14 pm

I am applying for my ILR next week. One simple question. Does the form needs to be a color print or Black & White form should be good. Please help. Please share your experiences

Does it say anywhere that B/W form will not be accepted and a color one will be ... or vice versa?

Just make sure that you use black pen to fill the form.

The link you have provided is version 04/2011 not 05/2011.
If it has changed then provide correct link

Link is correct I agree. In earlier post our friends mentioned version 05/2011. In the form it says 04/2011.

So I am confused re. version of form

If you have opened the 04/2011 version earlier then the url picks the pdf from cache. Press F5 and you will see the 05/2011 version.

Takes me to the 05/2011 version as well. Just wondering what are the changes from previous version?

changes i noticed -
In the section 3 (page 7) they have broken down Tier 1 (General) migrant from section A into -
- Tier 1 (General) migrant (excluding applicants applying under the terms of the HSMP Forum Judicial Review Policy Document)
- Tier 1 (General) Migrant applying under the terms of the HSMP Forum Judicial Review Policy Document

and moved latter to section B

In section 10 (page 32) they have moved your finances bullet to page 32 from page 33

Having said that i have not gone through the section 9 and subsections of section 10. but then first change mentioned above is quite important

Should we put NA foor those points which are not applicable? Has anyone have put NA and put a a line across the boxes diagonally or something, like that?

The form/guidance does not say to put NA for those points which are not applicable..?

Any suggestions?
