help on online application for sponsored migrant visa 176

Hi ,

I have few questions regarding applying for Australian Sponsored skilled migrant visa subclass 176 .

First , my ACS skills assessment status is "with assessor " and I am expecting my positive skills assessment in a week .

I want to apply my immigration before July 1st as the new rules are tough .

My concern is , should I apply for Online E visa application or paper one ?

I am from India holding a Indian passport . I dont know whether Im eligible to apply online ?

I read somewhere that Online application have quicker processing times than Paper application .

If Im not eligible to apply online , then I feel its unfair for people appling paper application which has more processing time than online .


Please let me know If Im eligible to apply online application .

If yes ,also let me know how to make payment and how to attach documents such as photo etc...
