Please my appeal for permission to apply to upper tribunal have been dismissed by upper tribunal. The decision was made on the 2/06/11 and the letter, dated 03/06/11 and I received it on the 04/06/11.
Can I make new application...?
Do I still have 28 days before I become 'overstayer' from the date the notice was given?
Must the maintenance funds be exactly 28 days on the DAY or within a Month
of new application?
I will be writing my last exam this Friday, 10 June
