permanent residency for ireland

Hi there,

I am planning to apply for Ireland Permanent residency. I am indian passport holder.
My educational qualification is;

Graduation: B.M.I.T (Bachelor Management in information technology),

P.G.D.C.A (Post graduate diploma in computer application),

MBA (Masters in business administration), my MBA is from sydney, Australia.

i have total more than 3 years experience. so could anyone tell me about permanent residency for ireland.
