RECOGNISED GRAD SUBCLASS 476 URGENT ADVICE NEEDED

Hi, i have recently have a look over the RECOGNISED GRADUATE visa.I have done my Masters from university of portsmouth which is the recognised university from the aussies board. But, unfortunately i have completed my masters in june 2009 and its been two years and two months can i still apply for that visa. Please advice its very urgent. I MEET ALL THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE VISA MADE BY BOARD.
