If you look on airline websites, they usually have job vacancies posted. In Ireland, there are:

There are many more that fly in/out of Ireland & may have job openings or try Irish job websites, they usually have a job catagory with Travel, Tourism or Airlines.

With regards to the work permit, your employer would have to apply for one for you for the relevant job/position that you were offered. There is a lot of information about Irish work permits, check out the Department of Enterprise, Trade & Employment in Dublin
www.entemp.ie. They are the government dept in charge of work permits.
