Hello, please could someone tell me how to answer these questios please asap.

Part 8 - 8.4.5 How often do you meet?

(Now, i'm in the UK, wife's in Pakistan. We got married in Sept 2010. i was with her till December 2010. How do i answer this question?)

Part 8 - 8.2.9 if your sponsor is in the UK when did they first arrive?
8.2.10 Sponsor's permission to live in UK
8.2.11 When did they get this permission?

(i was born in pakistan but moved to england when i was around 5-6months old. i dont know the exact date off the top of my head. where could i find out this information? passport/birth certificate etc?)

the guidance notes state "if sponsor acquired british citizenship after their birth please enter the date they became a british citizen here" - how do i find out the date i became a british citizen??
