Issue time for Certificate of sponsorship @ present

Hi,

My sponsor applied for COS at the begining(last week) of this month and sent the payment with cheque.Does any body has any idea how long its may take to issue sponsonsorship now-a-days. Is there any possibility in this month?

I am already with tier 2 sponsorship visa and changing to anther job.

My sponsor applied 2 weeks ago and paid by cheque.I am still waiting for this.
