really i dont understand why home office they dont include eea citizen in zambrano route ?? confusing ??and can zambrano route used in diferent country for ex germany or france or its just ican be use in uk

zambrano judgement applies to British minors in the UK only same applies to other EU member states

Uk interpretation do not stop on british minor only but british adult that need care. For example a british adult that is sick or disable cannot exercise treaty right in another eu state same like a child, so the ruling can be use for them that is why UKBA said it is for the career of british citizen not only minor. If you can show that your adult british family need you to care for them because they are sick or disable and this sickness or disability is going to be permanent, the non eea career will get residency right. That is why they said not simply financial only.

Hi I dont think that zambrano case come just for british citizen,but I think its will be amended also for eea and thier family as well...

I think because the case was rule on the belgian citizen in belgium not other eu citizen, it will be hard to consider other eu citizen because HO can turn around and say the eu minor should be able to live in his own eu country without moving out of the eu states to the non eea parents country, as long as zambrano is in all eu state not only uk.
