Hi,
I came to uk in march 2007 on dependant work permit visa. In march 2009 I made my own work permit( it is work permit and not tier 2).
My query is, Do I qualify for the ILR in march 2012, considering I am going to complete 5 years in uk? I am working since august 2007 and doing the same job.
Hope to see some expert advise.
