MCC (MIGRANT CHANGE OF CIRCUMSTANCES FORM)

Hi,

My Current Visa Status: Tier 2 General.
Will Apply ILR Feb,12 on the basis of 10 years.
On Application form of Tier 2 General Visa I written my past Address A
Current Address is B.

Is it really necessary to use MCC to inform the address before applying ILR?

Will appreciate your comment on the above matter.
