The First-tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber) Fees Order 2011
Fees for appeals wrote:(3) The fee payable is—
(a)where the appellant consents to the appeal being determined without a hearing, £80; or
(b)where the appellant does not consent to the appeal being determined without a hearing, £140.
Tribunal Procedure (Amendment) (No.2) Rules 2011 amends the procedure rules including to strike out provisions where fees are not paid, for the tribunal to award the cost of the fee, and to end lodging of appeals with ECOs (i.e. - at overseas British diplomatic posts).
