Help for 476 visa, document certification

Hi all,
All my documents are in English and I need certified copies for my 476 application.

CERTIFIED COPIES
If the copy is certified outside Australia:
- a person who is the equivalent of a Justice of the Peace or Commissioner for Declarations in that place; or
- a registered migration agent (whose registration is not suspended or subject to a caution).

This is the part that is sent to me from the Australian immigration service.
Do you think it is okay to use a Spanish Public notary in this case? Because the certification will be in Spanish in this case , and it is not nice for Australian visa application. But as a student it is really hard for me to find somebody who can do the certification in English for me.
