Study on Family Reunification in Ireland

Post by scrudu » Thu Oct 05, 2006 12:12 pm

This is a study written by the Immigrant Council of Ireland and sent to various TD's and politicians describing the issues around Family Reunification in Ireland.

For those who are affected (e.g. Immigrants or Irish Citizens and family members), this is a very interesting read, describing the issues currently facing those affected by the issue of family reunification. I found it a very informative, and slightly heartening to know I wasn't alone with the issues I face. On the other hand it is a pretty disheartening document describing how widespread the problem is, and how little the Dept of Justice are doing to address these issues.

Download is 3.3MB though! http://www.immigrantcouncil.ie/familymatters.htm
