Switching from PSW to Tier-2 General

Hi,

I am on Tier-1 PSW visa which is valid until March 2013. After that, I need sponsor who will sponsor my visa.
Right now I am working as a permanant employee but want to work as contractor.
I have talked to an umbrella company named Giant, and they told me that they can sponsor my Tier-2 General Visa.
How should I check if Giant is authorised to sponsor visas? And if they can then how many visas can they sponsor?
I will really appreciate knowledgable advice on this.

Hi Can some please advise do these Umbrella companies really help contractors gain a Tier 2 Visa ?
