[URGENT] Please help regarding State Skilled Sponsored

Dear All,

I am qualifying for Immigrant Visa 176 (State Skilled Sponsored) under ICT Business Analyst Category. I want to do it from Queensland state. As per my understanding, steps are as follows:

1. Get IELTS score (already have 6.5 avg and at least 6 in each)
2. Get ACS confirmation (it takes around 3 months. I can apply for it by end of this month)
3. Get State Sponsorship
4. Once step # 3 is done then apply for DIAC immigration (final immigration step).

I have following queries:

a. How much time a State takes in sponsorship process? Any idea specifically to Queensland state?

b. Can I initiate 'State Sponsorship' and 'Immigration process with DIAC' in parallel? Or step#3 is pre-requisite for DIAC?

c. I want to apply under current point system means before 30th June 2011. Is it possible to get it done with ACS + State Sponsor and then apply for DIAC Immigration in this time frame?
