Tier 4 dependent query

Hi,

I have applied tier 4 dependent (in country) visa same time with my husband. And I got biometric invitation letter and booked(22-feb) together with my husband(family).

Could you please advise me, can I (Tier 4 dependent) make now another application for Tier 2 general? I am planning for premium service.

Do I need to withdraw my current application(tier 4 dependent) to submit my new Tier 2 visa?

current leave expires on Nov 2012. I have applied(Tier 4 dep.) now because of changed the education provider.

Now I got the tier 2 sponsorship and like to make a Tier 2 visa. Please advise me on my previous query.

You cannot make a further application whilst your current one is outstanding. You could seek to vary the applicaiton but this is complicated- can't you wait until you recieve a decision on the tier 4 dependent application? are you able to work currently?
