OCI special delivery

Hi

My and my families (wife and 2 children) OCI is ready for collection at HCI London. I would like to send a special delivery for send my passports and another to for HCI to send back to me.

I have emailed HCI London without a response and cannot find a helpline number.

My question is can I send all 4 Passports in 1 Special Delivery envelope? and send 1 Special Delivery for HCI to send back to me? or is there a limit of how many passports to put in 1 envelope?

Anybody got any ideas, London HCI do not answer the phone or reply to emails.

I have sent 4 passports for OCI stamping today with only one SDE. I think one SDE should be enough for holding 4 passports and OCI booklets. Will update when I get them back.

I have sent 4 passsports and got them back along with OCI using only one special delivery envelop. When I sent 4 passports, I weighed them and it came to 170 gms.
