Salaries in NI

Post by hsmp2006 » Wed Nov 15, 2006 2:47 am

All

I recently got my HSMP approved - thanks to the tremendous help from this forum.

I have a job offer in Belfast and the offer is 36k GBP + 10k GBP worth of flexible benefits which can also be encashed. In addition, annual leave, insurance etc., basic benefits are also provided. So, in nutshell my package would be around 45k GBP.

I have around 6.5 years experience in IT and currently working in India. Please comment how good/bad this offer is. I guess I can get better package from companies based in London - but would like to hear from experts.

Thanks,
Amjad.
