Sponsor change of circumstances -- add a new branch

Hello,

We are a big factory (the head Office), and we are a licenced sponsor. We going to open a new branch but we are not intend to sponsor migrants to work in the new branch.

On the sponsor management system, there is an option to add a new branch (Sponsor change of circumstances--> add a new branch), my question is :
do we have to add the new branch on the sponsor management system even though we do not need migrants to work there ?
