No you can't do that. When you migrate to Australia, you are expected to adopt Australian traditions.

There is an aged dependent relative visa which can work if the parent is supported by a child. However the criteria are very strict. Get some advice from IARC: http://www.iarc.asn.au

Otherwise, can she come to visit you for part of each year as a tourist?
