Help to find Public funded college in Manchester

Guys i am opening this thread for one my cousin..
He was about to start his MBA in LSBF with afflication with LMU as you all know LMU license have been revoked..Hes doing Professional job and working 20 hours a week,,,,He doesnt wanna leave job and he wants to complete his 3 years experince in Accountancy field because currently he was studying ACCA..He passed 6 papers and got ielts 6.5 and each band atleast 5.5...
Does anyone know about any public funded college in Manchester where he can work 20 hours with Level 7 dipoloma leading to MBA...
Again he requested me to open this thread because his home internet isnt working....
Try not to criticise if you cant give any constructive suggestion..

I think a good starting point would be the UKBA Tier 4 Register of Sponsors, and then search for Manchester.

I have done search on that but the thing is how do we know that college is public funded or not....And one thing more i havnt send you any private message...

I have checked all the private colleges websites and the conclusion is theres no hope and theres never was..
Some college are public funded but they cant support international students and some can support international students but they are not public funded...
No college are offering level 7 diploma or either level 6 disploma..

I think UKBA making hard these rules for everyone..

Why not? Are you saying that there are publicly funded colleges that are not on the Tier 4 Register? (Apart from LMU, that is.)

He tried in different universities and no one given him admission due to his Pakistani degree because some university saying they only take pakistani students if they are master degree holders..

John i need college in Manchester npt anywhere else.. Yes in Manchester few college are public funded but they dont support International students for Visas.. Well any other suggestion

i can't speak for Manchester specifically but not all publicly funded colleges have a tier 4 sponsor license.

Do you know any college in Manchester with work allowed and give sponsor to international students too and offers level 7 Diploma..

Guys one more query please How to book premium appointment in liverpool for Tier 4??
We have made account on the UKBA website to book appointment but everytime we are checking from 1/10/2012 to 15/10/2012 no appointment..
How come and what is the best time to book appointment because why they dont show any appointment there...

That is a different matter! A matter you had not mentioned.

A look at the Tier 4 Sponsors Register shows that it includes "UK Vocational Training College, T/A UK College of Arts and Technology." of Manchester. So it is absolutely wrong to say they cannot accept international students.

yah but they saying thier student nt allow to work.. wat abt my other question please answer that aswell?? How to book appointment

They are not a publicly funded fe college, they are a private college (although they say they apparently receive some public funding) hence why their students can't work.
