JobCentre Plus advert is very short while TotalJobs advert has full specifications of the job. He was told that there is a character restriction of 450 in JobCentre Plus adverts by his HR.
Is that true?
Reason to question is that I have seen bigger adverts than 450 character on JobCentre Plus
