Main Applicant & Dependant Applicant

Post by suresh.k.dasari » Thu Nov 15, 2012 3:02 pm

Hi All

I am on ILR visa and my wife is on Post Study Work visa. We recently got married in UK register office. I am showing earnings with a combination of Permanent Salary & Limited Company over the last 12 months.

Could someone please confirm the below:

1. Can she apply for a dependant visa in UK. (Using FLR(M) application)

2. Showing funds from my Business Bank Account, Personal Account & Joint Account(Balance only £100). Is there any minimum balance that I have to show in my Personal Bank Account.

3. As part of Utility Bills, I am showing a Tenancy Agreement. Is this enough?

4. Should I have to be present for the premium service interview or can she go on her own?

5. As the earnings required is £18,600 in the last 12 months. I have more than this earnings from the Limited Company dividends itself. Should I still need to provide any payslips as I am not claiming points for the salary?

6. Should I be currently engaged with work (contract or an employer) currently?

7. My wife is also employed on a fixed term contract basis but her earning in the last 12 months does not exceed 18,600. Should we have to produce her contract paper work, payslips, bank statements at the time of the interview?

Awaiting for a reply and thanks in advance.
Regards

If your permament employment meets the £18,600 annual salary limit you do not need to show your limited company income. As for the Limited company there are far too many documents you will have to submit such as:

- CT600 and CT603
- Company accounts
- VAT certificate or sometoher further form of company documents
- Company registration document
- Company Bank Statements
- Personal Bank statements

Have a look at the list required from (http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitec ... iew=Binary)
Feb 2012 - Spouse Visa - New Delhi
Mar 2012 - Documents collected - VISA Granted
March 2014 - ILR Granted
Apr 2015 - Applied for Naturalisation
Nov 2015 - Naturalised

Hi Harv

I have made all the rest of the documents ready apart from the questions that I have posted.

Could you please leave me some comments for the questions that I have raised.

Thank You

1. Yes.
2. Read the FLR(M) form.
3. As above.
4. Yes, else you will need to provide a written statement as to why you cannot be present with your wife on the date of appointment. And don't be surprised that an in person application is deferred because of your absence on the day.
5. You need to provide evidence(s) for the employment and / or self-employment that you intend to use to prove that you meet the financial requirements.
6. You must be employed and / or self-employed, in line with above, on the date of the application.
7. Only if you are using her income to prove that you meet the financial requirements.

Detailed information is available in Chapter 8 - Appendix FM (family members).
