Tier 2 Sponsor licence refused

Hi,
My company applied for T2 (g) licence on 18th January and today received a letter saying its been refused. The reason they mention is - the financial statement provided to them is not a certified copy. But my employer send the original audited copy of financial statement. Moreover they said they emailed to the sponsor's email address asking for the certified copy. and it was our MD's email address. But the main contact person was the HR manager of our company and he did not get anything from ukba. Can anybody please give any suggestion what to do next?

You have to reapply with the certified copy first and get sponsor licence.
