Dependent VAF4 Visa while Main Applicant status change

Hi Gurus,

Could you any of you please guide me with this.

I am applying dependent VAF4 visa for my wife who is in India currently next week . Also i will be applying for naturalization in April first week.

I would like to know what would be the status of her visa if after my visa status change from ILR to British Citizen . Should i have re apply for VAF4 again from UK considering she will be in UK in next few weeks
