EEA Family Permit.Do I have right to work?

Hi friends

I am Non-EEA family member of an EU National..Im Turkish citizen my wife is Bulgarian Citizen.we live legally in Bulgaria and I have residence card too.Everyyear lots of Bulgarian citizens go to UK for seasonal agricultural work.After They applied for job they receive work card from employer then they go to UK for work without visa.But they have right to work just 6 months.Now Im asking questions what I need to know?**
1.after apply these job and take work card from companies what kind of visa I have to apply for UK?
2.Some people say that I have to apply for EEA Family Permit Visa for UK.Can I work with the Visa?
3.How long visa They will give me ? 6 month? 1 year or more..
