4.7 Have you ever been refused a visa for another country?

Hi All,

I had applied for PR for Canada, the application was refused on the grounds that my skills do not match with the list of National Occupation Matrix. The Canadian High Comission has just sent me a letter of refusal and there is no entry made in my old Indian passport which is now cancelled as I have now taken Australian Citizenship.

My question is, On VAF1 form should I say Yes or No to
Question No. 4.7 Have you ever been refused a visa for another country?

Has anyone gone through this situation?
Do High Comission Officers have access to other High Comission information.
