Yes it's DX. I'd my appointment in Birmingham on Monday (last week) and received my card on Thursday (last week)... So took 3 days to get my BRP card. And I live in Bristol
I'm just trying to help !

Had my appointment on the same day as yourself. My card arrived yesterday but since I wasn't at home they (DX) left a card at my doorstep. I rearranged the delivery and will be getting it on Sat which is very convenient I must admit.

Did you go to Solihull as well? or other location. I need to call DX maybe to find out.

I should not complian too much about the card delivery. DX is useless and they said they will deliver yesterday but they did not turn up. They will try today. well at least it is on the way.
