How long does it takes for Peo ro send the docs and passport

Dear Gurus,

I have received by Brp on wed the 20 MAR. But I am still awaiting my docs and passport.

Does anyone knows how long it takes for them.to send it ?.

I have to travel and my passport and important docs are with them .

I am planning to go personally to Croydon and ask for the docs ?

Guys please suggest I have urgent travel plans.

Was it a postal application? I believe for PEO premium appointments you get the passport and documents on the same day. BRP card will be delivered in 7-10 working days.

Good idea.At least you will know exactly as to where the documents are. You have been really stressed up waiting for these documents to arrive.

If you need to travel urgently then you can request for the return of your passport if they still holding.

I applied personally. I have rec my brp though. But docs and passport is still not rec. I will go to croydon tomorrow to pick up if they havent sent it yet.
