Green card application error

Dear All,

I have applied for the Green card in the 3rd week of February through an agent in Ireland. Last week the agent informed me that I have to resubmit the application form because they had submitted a fax copy (because the employer signed the application form and they have faxed it to the agent). But the problem is that I have not received any notification from WP Ireland.

My questions are:

1] whether the fax copy of the application form is accepted by WP Ireland?
2] in case if there is an error in the application form whom will WP Ireland inform regarding the error?
