ILR (Inter company transfer) - Need Help!

Hi,

I completed my 5 yrs in April 2013. Within the 5 years, my absence from UK has been a total of 258 days. Out of the 258 days - 62 days I was working overseas (not paid in GBP), 159 days was annual vacation and 37 days was business travel.

Should the 62 days working overseas be included as part of absence? Will this affect my chances of getting ILR? Can someone please provide some guidance?
