hello
l may need your help to my immigration problem. I am a ghanaian living in spain with spanish temporal residence permit will take my permanent staying permit on may 2013, l have a baby with a dutch woman with dutch nationality, she is currently on her final year at school and wanting to live together in holland so we can raise our daugther together, although we have plans to get married in the near future, our problem is how are we going to do it so that l can stay and work legally in the netherlands in other to support in raising our daughter. can anyone help us with any information on how and where to start the process if its possible. thank you.

You firstly need to know the requirements of unmarried partner application route from the dutch authorities which can be your route.
