Married to US Citizen

Post by jeffvader » Wed Jul 31, 2013 9:40 pm

Hi
I am married to a US/UK dual citizen (born in the US and gained UK citizenship in 2011) and we have been married for just under three years.
I have UK citizenship only, and have always travelled to the US on an ESTA (we both currently live in the UK).
Is it possible to continue to do this? I have read elsewhere that it is not strictly allowed to travel on an ESTA if married to a US citizen. I only plan on travelling there as a tourist for the foreseeable future, and do not intend on staying longer than is allowed.
Thanks for your help
Jeff
